MESSAGE
Aiming for the top of Mt.Fuji I have always said to myself and to my employees, "Let's aim for the top of Mt. Fuji." It is by no means chasing the number one in Japan in terms of scale. It means that we will constantly improve our technology, quality, and customer satisfaction, aiming to reach the top of Mt. Fuji, the highest mountain in Japan. As stated in our management policy, constant improvement does not mean that a 10-year career veteran spends the same 10 years teaching juniors. It means that we will instruct them so that they can acquire it in a year, and then accumulate new skills on top of that. The fact that many young and talented employees are active in our company may be the result of continuing to cherish the system and culture that allows valuable human resources to grow freely. From veterans to young players, we will continue to work together to aim for the top.
